The Parents, Friends & Alumni (PFA) of the Greater Hartford Academy of Math and Science (GHAMAS) was formed in November of 2004. PFA supports the mission statement of GHAMAS and strives to support and facilitate bringing together the students and families to create a sense of community and an identity as a GHAMAS student.

The inaugural year got us off on the right foot raising a considerable amount of money which was used to fund trips, First Friday Flicks, and more throughout the school year.

Our second year was off and running with the first event being held at the Open House which featured Tastefully Simply.

Our third year is already underway.

Please join us at our meetings. It's an opportunity to meet your child's friends and the families of their friends.
